- Located within 60 miles of Downtown Orlando
- $700K to $2 million EBITDA
- Track record of consistent revenues and profitability
- Industries that are recession resistant, and not sensitive to technology advancements or regulatory risks
The Situation
- Sellers seeking liquidity and to reduce their day-to-day involvement
- Sellers that desire fully-committed, local buyers to maintain and grow their legacies
- Sellers wanting a hands-on buyer that values the "fit" with their people and organization

Leapstone is led by an entrepreneur searching for a business to manage and grow. Joe is advised by a group of entrepreneurs and executives who have bought and successfully operated companies in many industries. Importantly, his deal team is best-in-class to provide certainty of execution upon acceptable terms.
Joe’s career over the past decade has focused on leading teams to drive top- and bottom-line growth in daily multifamily operations, and advising institutional clients on multifamily acquisitions. Previously, Joe was a portfolio manager at Directed Capital, a distressed debt fund, and a corporate lawyer at General Mills and at Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm. He has a CCIM designation and was a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars while practicing. Joe graduated from Mercer Law School and the University of Florida. He grew up in north Tampa after his father retired from the Air Force, and currently lives with his wife Audrey in Orlando. They have four mostly grown children between them. Joe is currently engaged in a full-time self-funded search as principal of Leapstone.
